Enabling Auto Payments

Step 1
Log into your property app and select Payments at the top of your home screen (you may need to scroll through the quick action buttons at the top to locate the Payments button).
Step 2
Select Auto Payment.
Step 3
Input the following information:
- Max payment allowed
- Date of the month you want to make the payment
- Payment via either debit/credit card or bank account
- Choose which account you will make auto payments from

Check the box to the left of "Enable Auto Payment?"
- NOTE: If you do not check this box then auto payment will not be set up
- Check the box to the left of the Terms and Conditions and Private Policy
Step 4
Select Save Auto Payment at the bottom of the screen to save the information.
NOTE: If you ever want to edit your auto payment, simply follow the same steps above. Just be sure to save your changes by selecting Save Auto Payment at the bottom of the screen. |
How to set up auto payments on the web
Step 1
Log into your property platform and select Payments on the left of your home screen.
Step 2
Navigate to More + in the top, left-hand corner of the Payments screen. Select Auto Payment.
Step 3
Input the following information:
- Max payment allowed
- Date of the month you want to make the payment
- Payment via either debit/credit card or bank account
- Choose which account you will make auto payments from
- Check the box to the left of "Enable Auto Payment?"
- NOTE: If you do not check this box then auto payment will not be set up
- Check the box to the left of the Terms and Conditions and Private Policy
Step 4
Select Save Auto Payment at the bottom of the screen to save the information.
