How to Reset Your Mobile Credentials

In this article you will learn how to reset your mobile credentials using the VTS Rise app. 

Step 1

Select your profile icon in the top right corner of the Home Screen. 

Step 2

Select Support under your profile.

Step 3

Select Reset Mobile Access Credentials.

Step 4

Select Reset to create a new mobile credential for your device.
