VTS Activate for Multifamily allows residents to renew their lease right in the platform. This makes is easier for your residents to review and sign their lease while also keeping all leasing information in Activate Multifamily for the Property Admin.

Setting Up Lease Renewal on the Admin Portal

Step 1

Log on to the Admin Portal and select Settings in the side menu. Then select Integrations.

Step 2

Select Add under Property Management. Select Yardi Resident Data in the pop-up window.

Step 3

Scroll down slightly and locate Sync Lease Renewals. Select the checkbox to turn the sync for lease renewals. 

Step 4

Next, you will paste the Lease Renewal URL in the box that appears. This will allow the resident to view their lease offers and make a selection on which lease they would like to choose. 

Resident Experience 

Step 1

Log on to the platform and navigate to Lease Renewal. This will show the resident their lease renewal options that they can view by selecting on the lease renewal offer. 

Step 2

When they select the lease renewal offer to view it, they will be able to see all of the details about that offer. When the resident chooses the offer they would like to accept, they will select the Submit button at the bottom of the offer. 

Step 3

The Resident will then be prompted to confirm the offer they have selected. 

Step 4

The Resident will then receive a confirmation of their selection.

The Resident will now be able to view the lease renewal offer that they chose under Lease Renewal.
