Through the Admin Portal, you can create a report for all Valet requests made by your residents. This will allow you to see when the request was made, who made the request, and any comments associated with the request. This article will show you how to create Valet reports.
After logging into the Admin Portal, select Operations then select Valet under Property Services.
Once you are in Valet, you can see all of the Valet requests that have been made. To pull a Valet report, select Download as CSV.
The export will download and you are able to view it in your spreadsheet program of choice.
