What is VingCard?

VingCard is an access control integration that allows VingCard mobile credentials to be held on the VTS Rise app to unlock doors at Multi-Family properties utilizing Mobile Key Access. 

Data Flow and Synchronization Process

• Mobile credentials created in VTS Rise are pushed to VingCard. These credentials are synced as soon as they are created.
• VTS Rise does not automatically pull in door names from VingCard. The names must be manually uploaded to the VTS Rise portal, and will be referenced when generating a mobile key.
• The unit names in Rise must exactly match the unit names in VingCard. If the property is integrated with an accounting system, such as Yardi, that imports units into VTS Rise, the unit names must match between the accounting system and VingCard.
