Managing the Welcome Email
Whenever a new resident has a profile created or are synced over from your accounting integration, they will receive a welcome email prompting them to log in to the portal, giving them their login name, and prompting a password reset. You can personalize your welcome email by following the steps below!

Managing the Body Text
Step 1
From the Admin Portal, select Settings located in the left navigation menu and then select Email Templates.
Step 2
Select the three dots next to the User Registration email template, and then Edit in the drop-down.
Step 3
Personalize your welcome email to fit your property. Leave any words in brackets as they are, they are hardcoded and connected to your property's settings. For example, [apple_store] and [google_store] connect to your property's app in their respective app stores.

After you have finished making your updates, select Save.

Adding a Banner
You can also add your own branded banner to the welcome emails that get sent out to residents!

Copy Link and extract the fileID. The fileID is after "file/d/" and before "/view."

Insert the fileID into the following Direct Link format for Google Drive.
Select the three dots next to the User Registration email template, and then Edit in the drop-down.
Creating a New Email Template with a Yardi Integration
Yardi Integrated Properties can add additional Email Templates to be sent out to Residents. This allows you to send move-in surveys, assess Resident sentiment midway through their lease, or share move-out procedures in a completely automated way.

Select New Template.
Step 3
Add the content and use the integrated editor to format text and link needed resources.
Step 4
Configure when the email is sent out to Residents, including setting a specific day or month after move-in or before move-out.
Step 5
Preview the email before you activate it to send to Residents. After you have reviewed, select Save & Activate.
Resending the Welcome Email
There are two ways to resend the Welcome Email to your residents. You can individually select the resident you would like to receive the Welcome Email or choose to send the Welcome Email to all residents not yet logged into the platform.
Resending the Welcome Email to Individual Residents
Step 1
After logging into the Admin Portal, select Operations from the left navigation menu and select Resident Management. In the drop-down menu, select Residents.
Step 2
Select the check box(es) next to the name(s) of the resident(s) you would like to resend the Welcome Email.
Step 3
Use the Select Action drop-down box at the top of the occupant list to select Send Welcome Email and then select Submit.
You will be asked to confirm you would like to resend the Welcome Email. Select Yes to confirm.
Resending the Welcome Email to all Occupants not yet Logged into the Platform
Step 1
Select Operations from the left navigation menu and select Resident Management. In the drop-down menu, select Residents.
Step 2
Select the More button in the top right corner, selecting Resend Welcome Email from the drop-down.
You will be asked to confirm you would like to resend the Welcome Email to all residents who have not yet logged in. Select Yes to confirm.
