Managing the Welcome Email
Whenever a new resident has a profile created or are synced over from your accounting integration, they will receive a welcome email prompting them to log in to the app and portal, giving them their login name, and prompting a password reset. You can personalize your welcome email by following the steps below!

Managing the Body Text
Step 1
From the Admin Portal, select Settings located in the left menu and then select Email Templates.
Step 2
Select the three dots next to the User Registration email template, and then Edit in the drop-down.
Step 3
Personalize your welcome email to fit your property. Leave any words in brackets as they are, they are hardcoded and connected to your property's settings. For example, [apple_store] and [google_store] connect to your property's app in their respective app stores.
Step 4
After you have finished making your updates, select Save.

Adding a Banner
You are able to add your own branded banner to the welcome emails that get sent out to residents!
Step 1
Select the three dots next to the User Registration email template, and then Edit in the drop-down.
Creating a New Email Template with a Yardi Integration
Yardi Integrated Properties are able to add additional Email Templates to be sent out to Residents. This allows you to send move-in surveys, assess Resident sentiment midway through their lease, or share move-out procedures in a completely automated way.

Select New Template.
Step 3
Add the content and use the integrated editor to format text and link needed resources.
Step 4
Configure when the email is sent out to Residents, including setting a specific day or month after move-in or before move-out.
Step 5
Preview the email before you activate it to send to Residents. After you have reviewed, select Save & Activate.
