Messages in the Admin Portal for Residential Properties
Within VTS Rise, Residents are able to directly message other residents and staff members. These messages are instant and send a notification to the user allowing users to reply through the platform without needing to disclose their personal phone number. This feature needs to be enabled in order to use.
After logging into the Admin Portal, select Settings in the side navigation, then select Property Settings.
In Property Settings, about halfway down the page is the setting Allow Residents to Chat on the platform.
Select the checked box to enable messages.
