Messages in the Admin Portal
Within VTS Activate Multifamily, residents are able to directly message other residents and staff members. These messages are instant and send a notification to the user, allowing users to reply through the platform without needing to disclose their personal phone number. This feature needs to be enabled in order to use.
Step 1
After logging into the Admin Portal, select Settings in the side navigation, then select Property Settings.
Step 2
In Property Settings, about halfway down the page is the setting Allow Residents to Chat on the platform.
Step 3
Select the checked box to enable messages.
