Messages in the Admin Portal for Commercial Properties
Within VTS Rise, Occupants are able to directly message other occupants and staff members. These messages are instant and send a notification to the user allowing users to reply through the platform without needing to disclose their personal phone number. This feature needs to be enabled in order to use.
After logging into the Admin Portal, select Settings in the side navigation, then select Property Settings.
In Property Settings, about halfway down the page is the setting Allow Occupants to Chat on the platform.
Select the checked box to enable messages.
