Reserve and manage your reservations at your building on both the Activate Home app or the web portal.
The Activate Home app
Step 1
Log into your app and select Reservations, a quick action button in the middle of the screen. This feature can also be found under Features located in the bottom navigation.
Step 2
Choose the amenity you wish to reserve, and select Make a Reservation.
Step 3
Select the date(s) and time you would like to book the amenity and confirm your booking details.
Step 4
Depending on the amenity and your property, you may have additional prompts to follow such as additional questions your property has for your reservation, selecting the layout, and/or additional add on amenities for your space. Please follow any applicable prompts. Select Confirm.
Step 5 (If applicable)
To view your reservations select the calendar icon in the upper right corner of the amenity screen. You will be able to view all reservations previously made, their statuses, notes, and cancel a reservation if needed.
Note: Your property may require property management approval of reservation requests. If this is the case, you will see a Pending status on the upper right corner of your reservation request. When confirmed or rejected you will be notified both in-app as well as via email.
From the Portal
Step 1
Upon logging into your portal, select Reservations.
Step 2
Choose the amenity you wish to reserve, and select Book.
Step 3
Select the date(s) and time you would like to book the amenity and confirm your booking details.
Step 4
Depending on the amenity and your property, you may have additional prompts to follow such as additional questions your property has for your reservation, selecting the layout, and/or additional add on amenities for your space. Please follow any applicable prompts. Confirm your booking by selecting Yes, Book.
Step 5 (If applicable)
To view your reservations select Booked from the top of the amenity screen. You will be able to view all reservations previously made, their statuses, notes, and cancel a reservation if needed.
Note: Your property may require property management approval of reservation requests. If this is the case, you will see a pending status on the upper right corner of your reservation request. When confirmed or rejected you will be notified both in app as well as via email.
Entering a locked space at your reservation time
If your property has the amenity doors locked at all times, allowing for entry during a reservation time only, please follow these steps to enter the amenity during your designated time.
Note: You must have enabled location services and bluetooth on your smart device settings. If you need assistance with this, please see our guide on enabling bluetooth and location services.
Step 1

Step 2
To view your reservations select the calendar icon in the upper right corner of the amenity screen. This will take you to your booked reservation page. Select the appropriate confirmed reservation.
Step 3
You will see an unlock function in the center of the screen. During your designated reservation time, this will open and allow you to swipe to unlock the amenity door.
Note: You must have Bluetooth and location services enabled, be within range of the amenity door, and within the time of your reservation.
