Managing Amenity Categories
Amenity Categories allow you to organize similar amenities into one category. For example, if your building has multiple conference rooms, they can all be organized under one Conference Room category. In this article, you will learn how to:
Creating an Amenity Category
After logging into your property's Admin Portal, select Operations and then select Amenities under Property Services.
Once in Amenities, select Amenity Categories from the top navigation. Then select Add Category.
Name the Category and select a photo you would like to represent your Amenity Category. Finally, select Submit to create the new category.
A Category Name and Image are required.
Assigning Amenities to Amenity Category
Select Operations and then select Amenities under Property Services.
Under Amenities select the three dots to the right of the Amenity you would like to assign to a Category. Next, select Edit.
Open the Amenity Category drop-down and select the Category you would like to assign to the Amenity.
Select the Opening/Closing Time tab at the top of the screen and then select Save Changes.
