Managing Marketplace Posts
In this article, you will learn how to manage Marketplace posts on the Admin Portal. In addition, you will be shown how to configure Marketplace posts to enable Marketplace post approvals, how to add Marketplace post disclaimers, and set how many days a Marketplace post will stay active.
How to Enable Admin Approval for Marketplace Posts
Step 1
In the navigation menu, select Settings then Property Settings.
Step 2
In the upper navigation, select Property Services.
Step 3
Scroll down the page and locate Require PM approval for new posts. Select the check box next to the setting to enable.
Step 4
Select Save Changes when complete.
How to Enable Marketplace Disclaimers
Step 1
In the navigation menu, select Settings then Property Settings.
Step 2
In the upper navigation, select Property Services.
Step 3
Locate Add disclaimer to marketplace products and select the box to the left. You will now be able to enter your disclaimer here.
Note: This disclaimer will appear on every Marketplace post that your occupants make on the platform. |
Step 4
Select Save Changes when complete.
How to Set How Many Days a Marketplace Post Will Be Active For
Step 1
After you have logged onto the Admin Portal, Select Settings on the left navigation bar and then select Property Settings.
Step 2
In the upper navigation, select Property Services.
Step 3
Under Marketplace listings will expire after, enter a number of days.
Step 4
Select Save Changes when complete.
How to Manage Marketplace Posts
Step 1
To access Marketplace posts, select Engagement on the left navigation bar, then select Community.
Step 2
Select Marketplace in the top tabs.
Step 3
Select the three dots to the right of a Marketplace post to do the following:
- Details - View the details the occupant added to the Marketplace post.
- Edit - Edit the Marketplace post.
- Approve/Reject - Either approve or reject a Marketplace post. NOTE: If you reject a Marketplace post, you will have to enter a reason why, which will be viewable by the occupant.
- Activate/Deactivate - This allows you to temporarily remove a Marketplace post and then reactivate it.
- Delete - This allows you to permanently remove a Marketplace post (from both the Admin Portal and the occupant's view).
