What is VTS Activate for Multifamily?
VTS Activate for Multifamily is a mobile app and web platform for Multifamily properties designed to assist you in your everyday life. Stay up to date on information, events, request work orders, credential visitors, receive package notifications, and so much more all from the palm of your hand.

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
Follow the Set/Update Password link in the upper right corner of the login screen or visit https://portal.risebuildings.com/#/access/forgotpwd to reset your password.
My portal is not showing updated information. (E.G. Work Orders, Current Residents, Locations, etc.)
You need to clear the cached data from your web browser. This may vary based on your browser choice.
The most-used web browser is Chrome:
- Hold CTRL +H and select clear browsing data.
- Ensure that cached images and files are selected.
- Select Clear Data.
How can I access the app as a Property Manager?
Property Managers do not have access to the app under their PM login credentials. If you would like to view the app as either a staff member or as a resident, you are able to create a dummy account to log in to the app.

How can I disable the Welcome Email for certain Units?
You are able to disable the Welcome Email when creating the Unit. Towards the bottom of Unit creation, there is a checkbox that says, Disable Welcome Email. This will disable the Welcome Email from being sent to Residents of this Unit.
How can I send out Management Updates?
You can send out Management Updates from the homepage of the portal, under Boost Engagement. As well as under Engagement > Community.

How can I view RSVPs for events at the property?
In the web portal, select Engagement in the navigation, then select Events. Select the three action dots next to the event you would like to see RSVP details for and then Details. At the bottom of the page, there is a Guest List.

How can I view Reservations at the property?
To view Reservations, select Operations from the menu, and under Property Services select Amenities then Reservations. Here you can see a list of the reservations at your property. To see a calendar view, select Calendar at the top of the screen.

How can I view Visitors at my Property?
To view visitors, select Access from the navigation, then select Visitors. From here you are able to view Visitor Logs (list of people who have used a visitor pass at your property), Authorized Visitors (list of visitors with a valid visitor pass for today or in the future), as well as your property's watch list.
