Managing your Profile on the Admin Portal
From your profile, you can update your password, change your profile picture, and much more.
Any changes you make in the portal will automatically update across the platform.
Note: Your admin account does not have app access. In order to view the resident app, create a dummy account. |
To make any changes or updates to your profile log into the VTS Activate for Multifamily admin portal and follow the steps below.
Step 1
After logging into the Admin portal, select the profile icon in the upper corner and select View Profile.
Step 2
Here you can update your personal information or upload a photo for your profile picture.
- Profile Picture: By uploading a profile picture, users will be able to see who they are talking to in a newsfeed post!
- Contact Information: Update or change any of your contact information including a phone number or add an alternate contact!
Step 3
To save these changes select Update.
