What is Mindbody?
Mindbody offers fitness/wellness classes and services. VTS Activate for Multifamily integrates with Mindbody to offer a seamless experience to users. Users can book and cancel their fitness/wellness classes directly from the Activate Home app.
Mindbody is available only on the mobile app. It is not available on the portal.
Note: Currently, there is no option for personal training or payments in the integration. |
VTS Rise & Mindbody
With the Mindbody integration enabled, users can access the services under Perks, Discover, or a Quick Action Button in the Activate Home app. When the user selects the Mindbody menu, the available services will appear on the screen. The user will then be able to sign up for these services natively through the Activate Home app. The name and description of the menu can be customized by the property.
Users must be registered for a Mindbody account in order to book classes. If a user does not have a Mindbody account, Activate Multifamily will use their email to auto-create an account for them. Once they are registered, they can book directly through the Activate Home app.
