Package Integrations

With the package management integrations that VTS Activate for Multifamily offers, Residents can easily receive notifications and pick up packages saving your staff time and effort.

We partner with Luxer One and Parcel Pending.

How it works

1. Delivery service scans in a package within Parcel Pending or Luxer One
2. The package system generates a notification on the Activate Multifamily app and portal
3. Resident receives the notification on their device with instructions on how to pick up the package
4. After the package has been picked up, the status of the package changes on the Activate Multifamily app/portal

Setting up Integration

To set up your package integration, the appropriate settings must be enabled under Settings > Integrations.

Step 2

Select Add under Package Integrations. A pop-up will appear allowing you to select Luxer One or Parcel Pending.

Step 3

 Complete the fields for your respective integration.
