Package Reports
With VTS Activate for Multifamily, you can configure and save reports based on packages received at your building. Options such as carrier info, arrival time, and resident info are just a few metrics to customize your reports.
Step 1
In the Admin Portal, select Operations from the side menu, then select Packages. In the dropdown menu that appears, select Packages List.
Step 2
Select the gear icon on the right side to adjust the columns in the report. Ensure the checkmark is selected next to any data you want to collect in the report. Select Submit to save the data for the report.
Step 3
Select Export as CSV in the upper corner.
Step 4
The export will download allowing you to view it in your spreadsheet program of choice.
