Create and Manage Rise Reserve Contact for Multi-Family Properties
Rise Reserve is a feature of VTS Rise that allows people outside of your property to book the amenities you have available. Here is a guide on how to update the contact information for your Rise Reserve Contact.
Step 1
In the navigation menu, select Settings then Property Settings.
Step 2
In the upper navigation, select Property Services.
Step 3
Navigate to Rise Reserve Contact and input the phone and email you would like to utilize . When complete, select Save Changes.
