Booking an Amenity on Behalf of a Resident
As an admin, you have the ability to book Amenity spaces on behalf of residents at your building. This is helpful if a resident needs assistance with creating a reservation or if your team needs to reserve an amenity space without assigning it to a resident. This article will explain how to reserve an amenity for residents.
Step 1
Upon logging into the Admin Portal, select Operations followed by Amenities, and finally select Amenities from the drop-down.
Step 2
Select the three dots to the right of the Amenity that you wish to book and then select Book for a Unit from the drop-down.
Step 3
Follow all on-screen prompts. Select Submit when finished.
Unit: Select the Unit you are booking the amenity on behalf of.
Amenity: This will auto-populate based on the amenity you have selected.
Is Resident Facing: By selecting this, the reservation will appear on the resident’s app and portal under My Reservations. Select the resident for which to apply the reservation.
Select Date: Enter the date of the reservation.
Start Time / End Time: This allows you to set the time of the reservation. The amount of time the reservation is made for will appear under Your booking time.
Notes to Staff: This is an optional field where you may include any information staff may need surrounding the reservation.
