The Activate Home app works best with some basic settings enabled on your mobile device. We'll learn how to set up Bluetooth and Location settings to get the most out of the accessibility features you use day to day.

Select your profile icon in the top right corner of the app home screen.
Next, select Settings and then select Manage Location Settings.
Finally, set Location to Always, and turn Bluetooth on as well.
Set Location Settings for the App to Always and enable access to Bluetooth. The App uses proximity to the amenity spaces and beacon technology throughout the property.
Navigate to your profile within the App and select Manage Location Settings.
Please enable the settings as seen in the screenshots below.
Note: Location and Bluetooth need to be enabled on the device level for Android devices as well.
