Entering a Locked Amenity Space at your Reservation Time
At your property, amenity spaces remain locked unless you have reserved the space in advance. In this article you will learn how to enter a locked amenity space during a reservation time through your property's app.
Note: You must have enabled location services and bluetooth on your smart device settings. If you need assistance with this, please see our guide on enabling bluetooth and location services.
In your property's app select Reservations (or View Amenities). This can be found in the quick action buttons on your landing page as well as in the features section from the bottom right corner.
Select My Calendar from the top of the Amenity Screen. This will take you to your booked reservation page. Select the appropriate confirmed reservation.
You will see an unlock function in the center of the screen. During your designated reservation time, this will open and allow you to swipe to unlock the amenity door.
