On Interior and Exterior Rise Kiosks is the opportunity for end users to use their Driver's License to gain access to the building. In this article, you will learn how to access the Forgotten Badge Entries Report. 

Where to find the Forgotten Badge Report inside the Admin Portal

Step 1

After logging into the Admin Portal, select Advanced in the left navigation, then the Reports drop-down under Reporting.

Step 2

Navigating to the bottom of the list, select the report Forgotten Badge Entries.

Step 2

Here, you will be able to view what users have submitted a request, their role, and when they requested it. If needed, we can filter this to the date range.
