Contacts & Disclaimers
Providing your residents with property contact information allows them to get in touch when it matters most. With VTS Activate for Multifamily, you can include Property Contacts as well as Disclaimers for your residents.

Adding Property Contacts
Step 1
Select Settings from the side navigation, and then select Property Settings.
Step 2
Select Property Details in the upper navigation.
Step 3
Locate Property Contacts on the page. All existing Property Contacts will be located here. To add more simply select the Add More plus sign.
Step 4
Fill out all the contact details and select Submit.
How to Edit and/or Re-arrange Contacts Order of Visibility
Step 1
To rearrange the order of the Property Contacts simply drag and drop to set the order that Residents will see.
Step 2
To edit the Property Contact select Details on the side and make the necessary changes. Don't forget to select Save Changes.
Create and Manage Rise Reserve Contact
Rise Reserve is a feature of VTS Rise that allows people outside of your property to book the amenities you have available. Here is a guide on how to update the contact information for your Rise Reserve Contact.
Step 1
Select Settings from the side navigation, and then select Property Settings.
Step 2
Select Property Details in the upper navigation.
Step 3
Input the phone and email you would like to utilize for your Rise Reserve contact. When complete, select Save Changes.
Adding an Emergency Work Order Contact
Residents are not able to create Emergency Work Orders. Because they do not have this ability, as an admin you are able to include a phone number for Residents to call in case of an emergency.
Step 1
Select Settings from the side navigation, and then select Work Orders.
Step 2
Under Emergency work order phone, input the phone number you would like to be contacted in the case of an Emergency Work Order. Select Save Changes.

In the App
Step 1
In the app, Residents will navigate to Work Orders in the Quick Action Button menu on the homepage or under Features.
Step 2
Residents will select the Siren icon in the upper corner. This will prompt them to call the number that you had input under Emergency work order phone.
In the Portal
Step 1
In the Resident web portal, Residents will navigate to Work Orders in the features menu.
Step 2
Contact information for Emergency Work Orders will appear in the right corner.
Create and Manage Work Order Disclaimer
Work Order Disclaimers can be shown for Residents when they navigate to Work Orders in the app or portal.
Step 1
Select Settings from the side navigation, and then select Work Orders.
Step 2
Scroll down to Disclaimer. Create a message that will be shared with Residents when they go to Work Orders in the app or portal. Here you have the option to show or hide the disclaimer.
Step 3
This is the view Residents will see on their end when navigating to Work Orders in the app.
Step 4
This is the view Residents will see on their end when navigating to Emergency Work Orders in the portal.
Adding a Marketplace Disclaimer
A disclaimer can be added to Marketplace listings made in the app.
Step 1
Select Settings from the side navigation, and then select Property Settings.
Step 2
Select Property Services in the upper navigation.
Step 3
Under Engagement, locate Marketplace and toggle on Add disclaimer to marketplace listings.
This will open a text field for you to enter a disclaimer that will be shown on all Marketplace listings.
