Rise Booking for Residents
Rise Booking is a solution in which tablets are installed outside of an amenity space allowing the residents to book the amenity right on the spot. Through Rise Booking, a resident has the ability to make a reservation for that amenity space on the spot, and they can also quickly see if the space is available or in use.
How to Reserve an Amenity Using Rise Booking
Once you arrive at the amenity space, you will see a Rise Booking Tablet. From the tablet, you are able to see if the amenity is currently available, and what times it's currently booked for. You can also reserve the amenity directly from the tablet. Any current or future reservations will be displayed under the time and date on the right side of the screen.
To make a reservation, select the Book Now button on the bottom left corner of the screen.
From here, a calendar will display available dates in white, partially available dates in yellow, and dates that are not available to book in red. Select the date you would like to make a reservation for and then select Next.
Next, you will select the time range for your reservation. Select Next to continue.
Unavailable times will be highlighted in red.
A confirmation box will pop up to confirm your reservation details and any price that may be included. Select Confirm to continue.
- Open the building's app on your phone.
- Tap on your profile icon and select QR code.
- Scan the QR code on the kiosk to secure your booking.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation message.
