Domain Whitelisting for Commercial Admins
Domain whitelisting is a feature to help ease onboarding for commercial properties. Instead of having to approve self-registrations individually, at the Tenant level, you are able to list email domains that are allowed access to your VTS Rise App.
Setting up Domain Whitelisting
Step 1
Select Settings in the left navigation, then select Property Settings.
Step 2
Select Property Details in the upper navigation

Ensure Automatically approve app registrations is not selected. This is required for Domain Whitelisting to be enabled.
Step 4
Select Operations from the left navigation menu, and then under Occupant Management select Tenants.
Step 5
Select the three horizontal dots next to the Tenant that you would like to add domain whitelisting. Select Edit in the drop-down.
Note: You will add a unique domain for each Tenant that will be utilizing whitelisting.
Step 6
Navigate to the bottom of the Tenant's Edit screen to Domains. This is where you will input the email domain of the Tenant. For example, if VTS is your Tenant, @vts.com would be whitelisted.
Select Save Changes in the lower right side when you are finished.

New occupants have a quicker a signup experience with email domain whitelisting. Occupants with a whitelisted email domain will now verify the email that they enter when they register, increasing security while saving time for property admins.

Step 2
Once a user has registered, a verification email will be automatically sent to the email provided. Users will tap Confirm Sign Up and be redirected to the sign-in screen.
