Native Platform Solutions
These solutions are built into VTS Rise and are available for all properties to use. Occupants can be uploaded via CSV, self-register for an account, or Tenant Main Contacts can manage their own people.
CSV uploads are a quick way for Property Admins to upload occupant data to VTS Rise. Simply download the sample CSV, fill in the information, and upload it into VTS Rise. This will create an account for the people added to the spreadsheet and send them a welcome email.
Occupants can sign up in the app or web portal to create their own account. Users will enter their information and it will either be submitted for admin approval, be auto-approved, or send them a confirmation email if your property is utilizing domain whitelisting.
Tenant Main Contacts (TMC) can be given privileges allowing them to manage and upload their own people into the platform. In the VTS Rise web portal, using their Tenant Main Contact login credentials, TMCs can create accounts for occupants at their Tenant Space. This will send the new users a welcome email, prompting them to download the app.
If your property is integrated with an Access Control System or Accounting System, you will be able to sync users over to VTS Rise. Depending on the integration, different data will be pulled. Once users are synced from the integration, they will be sent a welcome email prompting them to download the app.
