Upon logging into the Admin Portal, you will land on the dashboard. The dashboard provides Property Admins with great insight into what is happening at the property and perform some quick actions directly on the dashboard.

The Approval Panel
This is where end user requests such as Work Orders, Amenity Reservations, or Marketplace Posts can be accepted by Property Managers.
Approve, Dismiss or Reject the request.
If there are any approval closing notes, such as payment received, enter the information and select submit. If you have not yet received payment, you may select submit to complete, and add payment at a later date.
The notification box automatically populates what is happening with in your platform by all users. Selecting any notification will take you to the area in the platform that it has happened, making it easier for you to manage your day to day.
Feature Usage is rolls up feature activity and usage on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. You can filter the view by week, month, or annual in the top right corner of the graph.
View how many Work Orders were Open and Closed from the previous week, month, or year. You can adjust the filter in the top right corner.
Monitor the health status of all VTS Rise hardware in your building. This is a great way of ensuring your hardware is online at your property.
Note: Beacons will not appear on a hardware health check or a status check as they are not online devices. Beacons do not have an internet connection, they broadcast a Bluetooth signal.
Boost Engagement Buttons
On the dashboard, quickly boost your social engagement posts with new News Feed Posts, Creating an Event, or Creating a Poll.
View adoption metrics from your Adoption Insights Report.
- Signed In Users / Building Population: Percentage of users that are signed in to their VTS Rise portal out of the Building Population.
- Signed In Users / Registered Population:Percentage of users that are signed in to their VTS Rise account out of those registered for an account.
- Monthly Active Users / Signed In Users: Percentage of Monthly Active Users out of those that are signed in to their VTS Rise account.
To the left is the navigation bar to locate the other features found in the Admin Portal.
In the bottom left is the Help Center allowing you to quickly access the help center and get the support you need.
In the top right is the platform search bar, type in any feature name to quickly navigate to it.
