How to enable the Hardware Offline Email Alerts
Properties can receive automated emails when their hardware goes offline. These emails can be used to alert property teams when there is a hardware outage allowing them to take steps to get it back online. Hardware offline emails can be sent to multiple people.
Step 1
After logging into your property's Admin Portal, select Settings and then Property Settings.
Step 2
Locate the setting Manage recipients for hardware offline email. Enter email addresses separated by commas.
Step 3
Select Submit at the bottom of the Property Settings page to save your changes.
Note: For offline tablets, reach out to VTS Rise support. They will be able to send a remote start.
For offline relays, VTS Rise can not provide remote support and the property will need to physically troubleshoot at the location to restore the connection.
